General conditions of sale

The present contract is a distance contract which defines the rights and obligations of the parties within the context of the sale of goods offered by France Colis Terroir on its website www.france-colis-terroir.com

The present contract is formed by the following contractual documents:

- These general conditions
- The order form

Definition of the customer: user of the website www.france-colis-terroir.com who purchases a product through the site.

1- Order processing

Orders taken through the website www.france-colis-terroir.com commit the customer once they have been confirmed by the pressing of the "confirm order", "accept order and general terms" buttons displayed on the order form and its summary.

Confirmatory e-mail: once the processed order has been registered, a confirmatory e-mail should be issued automatically. By saving and/or printing out this e-mail, the customer has proof of his order, which we recommend be kept in a safe place.

The contract is considered to have been entered into on the date of sending of this e-mail.
All orders imply the acceptance of these general conditions of sale

2- Availability

The products offered are available subject to stock limitations.

3- Delivery details

  • Delivery is carried out by La Poste

  • The handing over of the product or, in the event of the customer's absence, the delivery note, takes place at the address indicated by the customer when placing his or her order

  • Delivery deadlines are as follows: 1 week (maximum 30 days from date of order)

  • In the event that the delivery of products cannot be accomplished within the deadlines provided for, France Colis Terroir shall set a new delivery deadline which, if found unacceptable by the customer, shall result in the cancellation of the order and the reimbursement of the corresponding amount by France Colis Terroir.

  • This reimbursement shall take place within a maximum deadline of 30 days from date of order.

4- Prices

  • The prices quoted on the site are valid at the time of their viewing by the customer or for the period indicated.

  • Invoiced prices are those applicable at the time of order.

  • Delivery costs are payable by the customer , along with VAT and any other taxes.
    Amount of delivery charge 14 Euros

  • Customs duties, other local or government taxes or import duties may be due. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of France Colis Terroir. They shall be payable by the customer and fall within his or her full responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities.

5- Payment

In the case of payment by cheque, cheques must be made out in euros, able to be cleared at a French bank and made payable to …….
The customer should, upon receipt of the confirmatory e-mail, send the cheque to ………. along with a printed copy of the order.

6- Transport

The goods travel at the risk of the customer, and it is the responsibility of the latter to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and to communicate any reservations to the carrier by registered letter or extrajudicial document within 3 days of receipt of the package.

7- Return period

The customer benefits from a period of 7 working days in which to return, at his own expense, goods (or service) with which he is not satisfied for reimbursement or exchange. This short period commences from the day the goods are received by the customer.

8- Responsibility/complaints

  • France Colis Terroir is solely responsible for the contents of its offer and the commitments that it makes (deadlines, descriptions…..)

  • France Colis Terroir alone is able to deal with all complaints or disputes regarding the products sold.

9- Guarantee - After-sales service

The trader may specify its guarantee and after-sales service terms. It should also point out that:
The guarantee offered by France Colis Terroir does not affect the customer's statutory rights as provided for in article 1641 and onwards of the civil code.

10- Proof of transactions

  • In the event of payment via the PAYBOX system, the data recorded by PAYBOX constitutes proof of all commercial transactions entered into between France Colis Terroir and its customers.

11- Personal information

The customer has the right to access and have corrected all data concerning him which is recorded for the processing of his order, by applying to France Colis Terroir - 122 route des Landes du Parcot, 40180 CANDRESSE

12- Applicable law - Disputes

The present contract is subject to French law.

In the event of any dispute, the sole authority shall be the French courts
